Georgia Foster has been working as a Clinical Hypnotherapist since 1995. She qualified with distinction at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and went on to lecture for two years. During this time she built up a busy practice and started running her own programs.
Georgia previously spent some time in California training to be a Voice Dialogue therapist. This psychology training is an integral part of her success, combined with her hypnosis techniques.
She used to be overweight and a very heavy, regular drinker who used food and alcohol as a way to escape her insecurities. Alcohol was her confidence crutch and she used it regularly to feel more comfortable around other people.
Georgia successfully re-trained her mind and body to feel better about herself through the power of her own self-hypnosis techniques, which she now shares with others.
Her approach is about having fun and recognizing that she doesn’t need to run away from low self worth anymore. This has been a fundamental shift in her state of mind and life.
Her special approach is progressive rather than regressive. She believes that it is important to understand a little bit of history but, more importantly, to train the mind to move on. All her programs help people to do this.
