If you have trouble with the videos playing, please carefully follow the steps below to resolve it.

Video stops and starts, or stutters: This is usually due to internet connection speed. Check that your internet connection is solid and turn off other applications that are accessing the internet.

Clear your browser cache. Visit this site for how to do that for most browsers.

Press the pause button and wait a few minutes. This should allow more of the video to download and hopefully it will play smoothly.

Close other applications or apps on your phone. 

Restart your computer or tablet or phone.

Can't hear the video: Go to Youtube and play a video and see if the sound works. If not, you have something going on with your computer.
