There are lots of things happening each day, so bookmark this page in case you get lost.

Daily video interview:  Each day at 12pm Eastern Standard Time you will receive four new video interviews. You'll have 24 hours to watch them all. Then the next day a new set will be available. See below for the currently available set.

Nightly CrossTalk Sessions:  Each night at 8pm Eastern we'll have a one hour live session with multiple specialists and/or hosts to engage in a lively discussion about how all these things work together.

​

Live DROM Session with Val Shah: On many (but not all) days we're invited to join Val Shah in her live DROM class. It's 30 minutes of fun and easy movement to get your blood flowing! Most are at noon Eastern but some are in the evening.
